Since event planners usually have multiple irons in the fire, we suggest that the hosting organization enlist a non-board volunteer who would love to serve by handling these logistics for you. We’ll provide the message and coordinate testimonies. If the facility doesn’t allow food/refreshments, we suggest a simple “Grandparent Chat” where grandparents can ask questions, share ideas, and make new friendships.]
